If you receive an "Allow Qubii to access all photos" error message similar to the one in the screenshot pictured below while you are backing up, this means that your device is currently only allowing Qubii to back up selected photos instead of all photos. Qubii requires this access to be enabled for automatic file back up to function properly. In order to fix this error, please follow the instructions below to modify the settings in your iPhone or iPad:
Instructions:
1. Go to your iPhone or iPad settings.
2. Scroll down and select "Qubii" or "Qubii Pro" app.
3 .Tap "Photos"
4. Select "All Photos"
The next time your Qubii performs a backup, it will now back up all photos.
