When you open the app for the first time, a permission request message may appear:
If you receive this message during the backup, it means that full access to your contacts has not been granted, which prevents the Qubii from backing up.
Setup Steps:
- Go to iPhone Settings ➜ Apps
- Find Qubii Pro
Each Qubii model requires its dedicated app for proper functionality. Please ensure you download the correct app:
- For Qubii First Generation: Download the Qubii App
- For Qubii Pro, Qubii Duo, and Qubii EX: Download the Qubii Pro App
- Tap on "Contacts"
- Enable "Full Access"
After completing the setup, please restart your phone and then reconnect to initiate the backup process.
If the steps above does not work it seems that the issue may be related to the device's settings.
Please try the following steps.
After completing the steps below, please delete and reinstall the Qubii series app.
- Go to Settings on your iPhone → Screen Time

3 Please Turn on "Contetnt & Privacy Restrictions"
Allow "Contacts" and "Photos"

4 Allow Changes

After completing the above steps, please delete and reinstall the Qubii series app.
