Solution #1: Reset backup records
In the Qubii app > settings > backup details > reset backup records
Begin by unplugging both your device and Qubii from the lightning cable and then perform a device restart. Once your device has rebooted, reconnect your device and Qubii to the lightning cable. Open the Qubii app and tap "Begin Backup" to see if the error message pops up again.
*Please Note: If you are using a third party cable, you may need to use an officially licensed iPhone lightning cable that is different from the one you are currently using.
If you are still receiving this error message
If after attempting both of the troubleshooting options above you are still receiving the "Rename Failed" error message, it could mean that:
