Important Notes
When using Qubii for the first time on an Android phone, the app installation process will guide the user to grant the required permissions. These permissions will allow the Qubii App to back up your contacts and photos and videos on your phone.
Notification permissions are also required to allow Qubii to send notifications to update your status when a background backup is made.
Backups cannot be done without permission
If the user does not give the appropriate permission, Qubii will not be able to perform the backup. The backup will not start properly until the user re-grants the permission in the settings.
In some cases, users may turn off these privileges by mistake during other system settings. This will also prevent Qubii from backup.
System Settings -> Permissions
In the Android system settings, first find the Qubii Pro application settings page. Click Permissions or Storage to enter the permission settings. Open the permission of the Qubi App to backup the content you want.
About Android 13
Android, in version 13, which will be released in late August 2022, has split the system permissions that were originally unified for accessing photo and video files into separate options. Therefore, if you are using Android 13 or later, please remember to update to the latest Qubii App for the best compatibility.
