Solution #1: Ensure the microSD card has been inserted properly
Solution #2: Disconnect Qubii from the power outlet and remove charging cable - then reconnect.
By completely disconnecting the Qubii device from both the power outlet and charging cable, waiting a few minutes and then reconnecting, this error can sometimes be cleared. Please follow the instructions below:
- Disconnect Qubii from the power outlet and remove charging cable, wait a few minutes, and then reconnect the entire setup.
- Connect your Qubii with your iPhone. Once connected, the light on your Qubii should be activated signaling that it is charging.
- Open the Qubii app and see if everything is working properly. If the error message appears again, please take a screenshot it and send it to our support team (see below).
Solution #3.: Insert a different microSD card and see if you receive the same error message.
If a microSD card has been damaged or corrupted, Qubii will not be able to detect it properly. We recommend inserting a different card and see if the problem persists. If the error message has cleared, it may mean that your microSD card needs to be replaced.
