Please reconnect Qubii to the iPhone lightning cable, restart your iPhone, then do a full backup again. You may need to use iPhone lightning cable that is different from the one you are using.
If solution 1 doesn't work, please try solution 2.
*It may take longer for the initial full backup. Please DO NOT disconnect the power cord while Qubii is backing up. If you need to stop the back up, tap the "STOP" button on the Qubii app to safely disconnect it from the device.
STEP 1: Reformat your microSD card.
STEP 2: Delete all back up records from the Qubii app.
STEP 3: Restart your iPhone and try backing up again from the beginning.
Reformatting the microSD card will verify that there is no data on the card that could have caused the error.
How do I reformat a microSD card?
Windows:

Connect the Qubii flash drive to a PC.

Right click on the Qubii folder once it appears on the screen.

Click on exfat. The reformatting process will begin automatically.

Done!!
Mac:

Plug Qubii into your Mac.

Click on the Disk Utility icon. (Launchpad > Disk Utility. If unsure, you can ask Siri: "Open Disk Utility)."

Once inside Disk Utility, locate the drive name "Maktar Qubii" from the list on the left hand side and click on it.

Click on the“Erase” button found under the headings on the top of the program's screen.

Done!!
MAKTAR REMINDER: Please remember that reformatting the microSD card will permanently delete all the data on the card. If there is previously stored data on the microSD card you are reformatting, please back up your data to a computer before erasing the files.
After reformatting you should delete the backup records to reset in the Qubii app in order to start backing up from beginning.
How do I delete backup records in the Qubii app?
Go under Qubii app > tap top right "settings" icon > Backup Details > Reset backup records
If the EA error message still pop up after formatting microSD card, that means there is some issue with the microSD card. We will strongly suggest switch your microSD card and backup again.
