If you have received this error when connecting to Piconizer, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting tips below:

- Reboot your phone
- Format the Piconizer to eliminate any issues
- Reconnect to your phone
How to format Piconizer?
Piconizer includes a USB-C to USB-A adapter, ensuring compatibility with USB-A computer.
💡Attention: Formatting will delete everything that is stored in your Piconizer. Ensure that you have already backed up any previously stored data from your Piconizer to your computer before attempting to format.
Windows:
- Connect Piconizer to your Windows PC.
- Right-click on the Piconizer folder once it appears or find the Piconizer folder in the File Explorer under "This PC".
- Select "Format"
- A new window will appear where you can choose the file system. Select exFAT.
- Done!
MAC:
- Plug Piconizer into your Mac.
- Launch Disk Utility, located in Applications > Utilities.
- Locate the drive named "Piconizer" from the left-hand side of Disk Utility and click on it.
- Click on the “Erase” tab across the top.
- Done!
