Resetting Backup Records
If you encounter errors or need to restart the backup process after formatting your Qubii EX, follow these steps:
Open the Qubii App and navigate to the "Settings" option located in the upper right corner.
Select "Backup Information" from the menu.
Click on "Reset Backup Records" to clear the existing backup record.
After clearing the backup record, return to the app's connection screen and click "Backup Now" to initiate the backup process anew.
⭐️Qubii app keeps track of all your backups. If you only format Qubii EX without resetting the backup record, Qubii will begin backing up from where it left of from your last backup.
⭐️The initial backup may take longer, as it involves downloading all the data at once, If you need to stop the backup midway, please go to the app and click "Stop" before disconnecting.
❌ Please DO NOT disconnect the power cord while Qubii is backing up
Using Multiple Qubii EX Devices:
If you have used Qubii EX before and are setting up a new device:
Example: Suppose you have already backed up data using one Qubii EX device and are now using a second one.
Follow the same steps mentioned above to reset the backup records on the Qubii App.
After clearing the backup record, first, connect the original Qubii EX device and click "Begin Backup" to compare its data with the mobile phone and create new records.
Subsequently, connect the second Qubii EX device to continue the backup process.
