*Please Note:
- iCloud and Social Media backups use a large amount of data. Be sure to enable ‘Download using WiFi only’ to avoid extensive data usage during backup.
- When Qubii EX backs up live photos they will save as one image and one video. When you restore them from Qubii EX to a smartphone, they will return as Live Photos.
- For Android users: Qubii EX is designed to back up all photos and videos from both your phone. However, due to the wide variety of Android phones on the market with different brand-specific permissions, some phones may not allow the Qubii EX to back up content from the inserted micro SD card(s). For more information on this, please contact your smartphone manufacturer directly.
- For Google Pixel Phone users: Qubii EX is unable to back up content from the "lock folder'. If you would like to back up photos from this folder, please transfer them out of the "lock folder" and into a standard folder.
To select which content you would like to back up and store on your Qubii, please go to the ‘Back up Items’ section and modify your preferences.
- Go to Qubii Pro App > Tap the settings icon on the right.
- Select “Backup Items”
- Choose the items you would like the Qubii EX to back up.
Please Note: Qubii backs up selected types files automatically. User can't choose specific photos to backup.

Due to system and integration restrictions, Qubii currently does not support backups for apps, text messages, voice memos, or photos from Amazon or Google Photos.
