Solution #2: Reformat Qubii EX and Restart Backup
If the error persists:
1. Reformat your Qubii EX to eliminate potential data corruption issues.
2. Delete all backup records from the Qubii app.
3. Restart your iPhone and try backing up again from the beginning.
*Please Note: Reformatting will delete everything that is currently stored in your Qubii EX. Ensure that you have already backed up any previously stored data from your Qubii EX to your computer before attempting to reformat.

- Connect Qubii to your PC.
- Right-click on the Qubii folder or find it in File Explorer under "This PC."
- Select "Format" and choose exFAT as the file system.
- Confirm the process.
Mac:
1. Plug Qubii into your Mac.
2. Launch Disk Utility, located in Applications > Utilities.
3. Locate the drive named "Qubii" from the left-hand side of Disk Utility and click on it.
4. Navigate to the "Erase" tab and select the desired file system.
5. Confirm the process.
*REMINDER: Formatting permanently erases all Qubii EX data. Backup before proceeding.
