If you're encountering issues where your Qubii EX device is not responding or you're unable to access the app menu screen, follow these troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the problem:
Before proceeding, please make sure to use the right cable:
For iOS Devices:
Use an iPhone configuration cable or an MFi-certified cable for connection.
For Android Devices:
Utilize the original configuration transmission cable provided with your Android device.
❌ Do not use cables without transmission function, magnetic suction cables, or multi-device charging cables.
❌ Avoid using multi-port chargers; we recommend using a single-port charger for optimal performance.
❌ Avoid connecting to a computer for charging, as Qubii will act as a memory card reader, causing confusion when connected to a phone device.
⭕️ Follow the Correct Connection Method:
Connect the charger to a power source.
Plug the Qubii EX into the charger.
Use the transmission cable to connect the Qubii EX to the phone.
- Verify Power and Connection:
After connecting the Qubii EX backup tofu to your phone, check if the Qubii EX backup tofu lights up. If the light is on, proceed to the next step. If not, and your phone is not charging, please contact our customer service for assistance. - Check Device Recognition:
Go to your iPhone settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ and check if you see the "Qubii" wording underneath the Carrier Lock. If it is present, it indicates that your phone is connected to the Qubii. If not, try using a different transmission cable or contact our customer service for further assistance. - Test Connectivity with Other Devices:
Attempt to connect the Qubii backup tofu to other iPhones or iPads to see if it's recognized. Additionally, connect it to a computer to check if the computer detects the device. Based on the results:
- If the same transmission cable can connect to other devices but not yours, it indicates a potential issue with your phone's firmware.
