The warranty coverage is limited to product replacement only.
Data transfer or recovery services related to the replacement are not covered under the warranty.
To apply for warranty service, proof of purchase is required. If you are enrolled in the extended warranty after purchasing the product, please also provide the extended warranty serial number.
Qubii, Qubii Pro, and Qubii Duo,QubiiPower
These products come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty. However, qualifying Qubii, Qubii Pro, and Qubii Duo products are eligible for a 10-Year Extended Warranty upon successful registration.
The extended warranty is optional and can be registered after purchase.
To register for the extended warranty, you must connect your Qubii device first.
To register for the 10-Year Extended Warranty, please follow these steps:
- Open the Qubii App on your device.
- Go to Settings > Maktar ID > log in with your email account.
- Check your email inbox for a verification link. For a smooth registration experience, please use the same phone where the Qubii app is installed to view and click the verification link.
- Return to Settings > My Qubii to confirm if the extended warranty information is available.
Qubii EX, Piconizer, and Nukii (Products with Built-in Storage)
These products have a 2-Year Limited Warranty. After product registration, the warranty will be extended to 2.5 years.
