Additionally, when backups are made using these cables, issues such as grey lines appearing on backed-up images or data turning completely black and becoming unreadable have been reported.
Therefore, when using cables with the Qubii series, please keep the following in mind:
For iPhone Users

Always use an Apple genuine or MFi-certified USB power adapter and cable (or if unavailable, a product with a quality guarantee).

The cable must support both charging and data transfer.

We cannot guarantee proper operation if you use other products. (If errors occur, and you have access to other chargers/cables from family members, we recommend trying another Apple genuine or MFi-certified charger and cable.)
For Android Users

Use the original charger and charging cable that came with your device.

If no accessories came with your smartphone, please use a product from the same manufacturer or one with a quality guarantee.

【How to Check】
You can check with the seller or connect your smartphone to a PC using the cable.
If the PC recognizes the smartphone, the cable supports data transfer.
If your device's cable is an integrated charger-cable type and cannot be used with Qubii, we recommend using a durable cable from a major, reliable manufacturer.

Recommendation to Use Wall Outlets
Regarding the use of extension cords (power strips), bed frame outlets, and adapters:
While previous usage history does not necessarily cause errors, many extension cords, bed outlets, and adapters do not meet quality assurance standards.
Even if charging seems fine, they may not meet backup quality standards.
Thus, we highly recommend connecting directly to a wall outlet when backing up.
