If you are unable to connect with Qubii, please proceed with the following steps:
Setting up Again
Unplug the cable, charger and Qubii device
Restart your iPhone or iPad
Then connect your cable, charger and Qubii again.
Then turn on the Qubii APP to see if App works properly
Please make sure your iPhone is charging while connecting
The light on Qubii device should be on while connecting
Substitute your cable and adapter
Some cable and adapter will cause the disconnecting issue, so we need your help to test if you switch the cable or adapter, will Qubii works properly or not.
Connect your Qubii with other iPhone or iPad to test
This test can help us to figure the issue is coming from the iPhone device or not.
Attempt to save files to Qubii via computer
This test can help us to figure out the Qubii device can works properly or not.
Replace your microSD card and backup again
Whensolutions above fails, please do a screen recording of your backup and set up process. Submit your video and description of the issue via“”(customer representative chat-box) in your Qubii application or contact us through email. Our customer support will get back to you as soon as we can.
