If you are unable establish or maintain a connection with your charging cable and/or charger with your Qubii, please try the following steps:
Set it up again.
Unplug and disconnect all three pieces.
Restart your iPhone or iPad
Connect your cable, charger and Qubii again.
Open the Qubii app to make sure it is working properly.
Check the charging icon on your iphone to make sure that it is being charging while connected to Qubii.
The light on the Qubii device should also be on while connected.
Connect your Qubii with a different iPhone or iPad
This will pinpoint whether or not the issue is coming from the iPhone device.
Try to save the files to Qubii via computer
This step will validate that there are no problems with the Qubii device.
Replace your microSD card and try doing the back up again
If none of these suggestions work, please do a screen recording (screen shot) of your backup and set up process. Submit your video and description of the issue via“”(customer representative chat-box) in your Qubii application or contact us through email. Our customer support will contact you as soon as possible.
